At Kodo Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our hassle-free process ensures you can find the perfect style for your child with total peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
